The three-hour sessions are up-beat, high tempo and a lot of fun:

• Question and answer sessions with Olympians for kids and parents
• Fantasy races with Olympians
• Photo sessions where the kids wear the Olympians' medals
• Stroke drills and racing
• Autograph session
• Gift bag for participants that contains a SwimChampions.com t-shirt, a TYR swim cap, and more!
• Free-full color, 64-page Fitter & Faster Tour program with bios on all the athletes and other articles
• Registration is limited for more attention to each participant
  

Kids ages 5 through 18 who attend the Fitter & Faster Tour:

• Have more fun at our events than they originally thought they would - and so do their parents!
• Leave inspired by the athletes they met on the tour
• Achieve confidence in their goals and themselves
• Are excited about going to their next practice
• Share this unique experience with friends and teammates 
• Know the names of elite level swimmers as they know basketball or baseball players
• Find balance in their lives between school and their other sports
• Eventually choose swimming when they feel it's time to make a choice
• Look forward to the next time we come back to their city!  We have had many participants who have signed up for back-to-back sessions in cities we have visited.
